Our skin consultation involves an in-depth examination using the Observ Skin Scanner. This device takes a series of images of the skin’s different layers. With this device we can better understand the health and condition of the skin, as well as identify any issues which may be developing but are not yet noticeable. This detailed analysis enables us to make a more accurate recommendation in terms of a suitable treatment solution, and / or an on-going skincare plan. Regenerative Skin Booster is also extremely effective treatment for the neck and decolletage, as well as addressing hair loss on the scalp.
Regenerative Skin Booster can be great for patients who are affected by the visible signs of ageing, including: lines and wrinkles, pigmentation, dull skin, rough skin, skin laxity and jowls. Each patient will have their concerns assessed on an individual basis, with each treatment approach producing a bespoke outcome.

Individual Treatment Programme

Many clinics are using the Plasma Therapy treatment to address common skin concerns. However, with Cellular Matrix Plasma Therapy also known as Regenerative Skin Booster, offer a more effective approach. The process involves extracting a small blood sample and combining it with a separating gel before spinning it in a centrifuge for 5 minutes. The plasma will separate from the red cells and white cells, presenting as a yellow liquid that has become isolated from the other substances. The purified plasma can then be mixed with non crosslinked hyaluronic acid. This mixture is injected into the skin’s superficial dermis and SMAS layer, releasing growth factors that encourage the regeneration of healthy new cells and tissues. Hyaluronic acid binds water to create volume while the plasma, rich in platelets, enhances cell activity and skin renewal. This treatment helps improve skin firmness and fullness, rejuvenating areas affected by aging, including the face, body and hands.

In addition to skin rejuvenation this treatments is highly effective for addressing hair loss. The growth factors in the plasma stimulate hair follicles, promoting hair regrowth and improving hair density. Combining hyaluronic acid with the plasma further enhances the scalp’s cellular regeneration, making it an excellent option for individuals experiencing thinning hair.

‘We use a mesotherapy gun to administer the plasma as it reduces needle vibration. This in turn ensures a higher volume of the plasma is injected, and is distributed more evenly and precisely. It also allows us to treat sensitive areas, including around the eyes and lips, as well as ensuring the experience is more comfortable. Immediately after the Regenerative Skin Booster treatment, the patient may notice results. smoother, firmer, brighter skin will continue to develop as wrinkles soften and sagging skin lifts for an overall younger appearance. Face Medical may suggest a treatment course of up to 3 sessions, with the outcome lasting for up to 6 months or more. Patients should expect the treatment area to be red, swollen and bruised for a few days due to the injections, although fine needles will help minimise these effects. Our aftercare advice will suggest patients avoid direct and prolonged sun exposure, for a couple of weeks after treatment. We also ask that patients only use gentle products with warm water when washing, and avoid rubbing the area and applying unnecessary pressure.

After treatment on the scalp, patients may also experience mild swelling or redness, which typically subsides within a day or two. Hair shredding may increase initially, followed by visible improvement in hair thickness and growth over the next 2-3 months. Optimal results often require multiple sessions, spaced 4 – 6 weeks apart. Full benefits, including increased hair density and regrowth, typically become noticeable after 6 – 12 months, depending on individual response.
