Hydro-Tite

A number of concerns can affect the skin and the face as we get older and we notice subtle, gradual changes occurring over time. Most often, the skin becomes uneven in texture and tone, as well as losing volume and elasticity. These effects can alter the features as the skin begins to sag around the mid and lower face, with a dull complexion contributing to an overall tired-looking appearance.

Thanks to the rise of the aesthetics industry, and advances in cosmetic products, there are many things we can do to improve the way we look – and slow down the rate of ageing. As facial ageing often causes several concerns, a combined treatment approach can tackle them simultaneously. To establish your suitability for the Hydro-Tite Facial we’ll need you to attend a face-to-face consultation. As well as discussing your general health and medical history, we’ll talk about your concerns. Following a thorough examination of your face and the condition of your skin, we’ll establish if the Hydro-Tite Facial is the best option to achieve your desired outcome. At a consultation that looks at the skin we use a state-of-the-art skin scanner. Through a series of digital images we can assess the individual layers of the skin, and determine the route that treatment needs to take. The Hydro-Tite facial can provide an all-over rejuvenated effect that works to improve a variety of common concerns, including: dull / dry skin, fine lines, wrinkles, sagging skin, jowls and a wrinkly neck.

Individual Treatment Programme

The Hydro-Tite facial combines the rejuvenating properties of the HydroFacial with the lifting effects achieved through EndyMed skin tightening. The first part of this treatment involves the Hydrofacial processes. The skin is cleansed and the lymphatic drainage system is stimulated to help remove toxins from the skin. The unique vortex implement is used to deeply cleanse and exfoliate the complexion before botanical cleansers and glucosamine are applied to nourish the skin and improve its health. The final part of the Hydrofacial process consists of applying a brightening solution to stimulate the production of collagen and loosen any blockages in the pores so they can easily be removed. Then we move on to the EndyMed treatment. Using a handheld device, radiofrequency is delivered to the deeper layers of the skin. By improving the health and hydration of the top layers RF energy is able to penetrate the skin more effectively, which turns to heat when deeper in the dermis. As a result, the collagen fibres will strengthen and tighten to help lift the skin. We’ll then complete the treatment by applying a blend of antioxidants and peptides which will hydrate the skin and lock in moisture.

Further Advice

The Hydro-Tite Facial takes up to 60 minutes. It can be used to treat the face and neck, and is especially great for reducing the look of jowls, recontouring the jawline and lower face. Results may vary from person to person, but the main aim is to produce a clearer, brighter complexion that’s firmer and tighter. You may notice an instant improvement to the look and feel of your skin that’s easy to maintain through regular monthly treatments. Hydro-Tite is pain free, however, some slight tingling may be felt as certain solutions are applied to the skin. Little to no downtime is required, and any side effects are usually minor, with many patients only experiencing facial redness immediately after the procedure.

FAQs

How soon will I see results?

Most patients notice an instant brightening of the skin. The results will continue to develop for around 1-2 weeks as the collagen fibres continue to strengthen, and new ones start to grow.

How much does this treatment cost?

Hydro-tite costs approximately £110 per treatment per tightening area. Hydro-tite is a course of six treatment over an eight week period therefore a course of treatments including one area of Endymed tightening is £660.

Is this treatment suitable for me?

For those who feel their complexion has become tired and dull, and has lost elasticity, Hydro-Tite may be suitable. It is compatible with many skin types and is a popular anti-ageing solution.

Is Hydro-Tite safe?

Hydro-Tite is considered to be safe and effective. It’s non-invasive and a thorough pre-treatment assessment determines your suitability.

Is there any aftercare?

Your skin may be a little more sensitive than normal for the first 48 hours after treatment. We ask that you use gentle products on the skin, light make-up and a high SPF to prevent irritation.
