Cheek Augmentation

Consultation

We begin by conducting a thorough consultation to fully assess your needs and what you hope to get out of your dermal filler treatment. All of our bespoke treatment plans are designed specifically for you to ensure that your results are the best they can possibly be. We currently offer the Juvederm Vycross and Ultra range of dermal fillers, as well as the Belotero range. We determine which fillers would best suit you at this consultation stage, although all of them are hyaluronic acid-based and biodegradable. Don’t hesitate to ask questions at this point, or indeed at any point throughout your treatment experience, as we’re here to put your mind at ease and ensure your treatment is as comfortable for you as it possibly can be.

The Procedure

The cheek enhancement procedure itself is very simple. Over the course of around 30 minutes, our crystal clear fillers are injected into the target area in very small amounts via a tiny needle. Due to the size of the needle, most of our patients experience little to no pain at all, although the fillers themselves contain a local anaesthetic solution to further minimise any possible discomfort. All of our dermal fillers are of the highest quality, having been selected following rigorous testing, demonstrating their standard of safety and high-end results.

Aftercare

You will notice immediate results post-treatment, with that said, these results are not permanent. This is a long-lasting treatment, but due to the nature of the fillers, they will break down within your body over time. Most of our patients choose to return to the Face Medical Clinic regularly for repeat top-up treatments. You may experience slight swelling, redness or a tingling sensation after your treatment, but this should subside within 2 days. How much do Cheek Fillers cost?

Cheek Fillers cost from £200 up to £250, depending on the dermal filler product used.

How long does a cheek augmentation procedure take?

A cheek augmentation with the use of dermal fillers takes approximately 30 minutes. However, topical anaesthetic may be requested or suggested beforehand, which would require you to arrive 30 minutes before the treatment.

How long will results last?

Results will be immediate and best results will last up to 6-9 months or even longer depending on what product is being used and also depending on the patient. After that a top-up treatment will be required to maintain the results.
